Recipe Notes

*Tempeh Tantrum In my humble opinion, the best tempeh ever!!! Hand made in the East Javanese-style this tempeh is made in small batches. Made from local organic soybeans, and then cultured in a customized fermentation process, humble soy beans are transformed into a firm, savory cake that can be cooked in a variety of ways. Highly nutritious and deeply delicious

**Triple Crown BBQ Sauce Created from scratch and refined to perfection over 15 years this sauce has won three Minnesota State Fair blue ribbons. Brewed in 160 gallon batches using organic ingredients in, here in NE Minneapolis, this sauce is sure to win the taste buds of BBQ sauce connoisseurs. Just be sure to use it on plant-based foods.
