Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw,organic tahini
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice about 3-4 juicing oranges
  • 1 tsp microplaned* white onion this is like a very thick juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp tsp ground cumin

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended. Store in an airtight container.

* A microplane is essentially a VERY fine grater.
