Not only will it keep your kitchen nice and cool, you can enjoy a wide variety of flavors and textures from produce, nuts, seeds, dates and more. She’ll show you how to whip up and ferment a raw cheese, make raw “pasta”, and massage kale until it’s as tender as if it had been cooked, as well as how to whip up a raw chocolate dried fruit treat that’s perfect for taking on a hike, run or on the go.
