Back by popular demand! When eating non-plant based meals (meat, dairy and eggs) we often think of one central dish – usually a concentrated form of protein. Plant-Based (vegan) meals can follow this meal-design and they can also creatively stray into new ways to fill your plate and your palate. In this class we will look at how to design vegan meals, what to have on hand to simplify this process and demystify the “Vegan Plate”. While food will not be prepared a light snack will be served.
