This class will be taught by Chef AmyLeo of Vegan Affairs. The upcoming holidays are often full of parties, potlucks, celebrations and more. If you want to bake a crowd-pleasing buffet contribution, but your sweet tooth needs a bit of a break, this is the class for you! Chef AmyLeo of Vegan Affairs will show you her favorite plant-based substitutes for eggs, dairy and more, how to strike a pleasing balance between sweet and savory, and many other quick tips and tricks that will make your savory baked goods fly off the coffee table.  This class is vegan and can be gluten free-upon request. It has hands-on opportunities as desired (if applicable). Pre-registration is required. On the menu:
