Here in the Midwest veganism is taking root and eating plant-based no longer means refraining from sinking your teeth into that familiar taste and feel of cheese. Cheeze with a “z” is distinctly plant-based and simple to make. Join Chef AmyLeo as she draws on the wisdom and taste sensations of the pioneers of dairy-free cheezes, offering you a splendid cheeze variety: 1 Dip, 1 Wheel, and 1 Fermented. On the menu: Tangy Fermented Nut Cheeze Dip; Wheel Cheeze with Chipotle Bits and Moroccan Olives; and Fine Herbed Chevre. Cheezes will be accompanied by fruits, veggies, crackers (wheat free options.)
