This class will be taught by Chef AmyLeo of Vegan Affairs. Everyone loves a great spread of cheese, and that joy can continue if you no longer eat dairy. If you’re looking for a wide variety of ways to make and enjoy your own homemade vegan cheeses, this is the class for you. Chef AmyLeo has been making and enjoying plant based cheeses for many years, and she’ll give you all of her tips and tricks for creating the best creamy textures and savory flavors, and even how to ferment your vegan cheeses. Star ingredients will include cashews, pine nuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast and more, and how to enjoy them in a variety of ways. This class is vegan and gluten free. This class has hands on opportunities as desired. Pre-registration is required. On the menu:
