This class will be taught by Chef AmyLeo of Vegan Affairs. Kale is a culinary powerhouse, providing great nutrition (protein, fiber, iron, calcium and a host of micronutrients) as well as boundless culinary options, especially since it can be found in several varieties with different flavors and textures. Whether you choose to blend it, use it raw, massage it, steam it or roast it, you can unlock the many sides of this versatile veggie. This class is vegan and gluten free, and has hands-on opportunities as desired. Pre-registration is required.
