A new year is a great time to get back in the kitchen with an eye towards feeling your best. It’s a great time to try new foods, new techniques, and new approaches to healthy eating. Chef AmyLeo has eaten a partially raw foods diet for years, and will give you all her tips and tricks to work with fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, and much more. She’ll show you how to turn up the flavor without turning on the stove or oven, and how to season your dishes with naturally delicious raw ingredients. Come with all of your questions about raw foods and eating raw, and with a hearty appetite for a nutrient rich meal. This class is vegan, raw and gluten free. Pre-registration is required.
