This class will be taught by Chef AmyLeo of Vegan Affairs. If you want to serve a delicious meal for the Holidays, or simply have a great family meal without spending hours in the kitchen, this menu will delight you, your friends, family and guests. These classic dishes, with a plant-based twist, will satisfy your desire for comfort food during these chilling months. You’ll learn all about substituting for meat, dairy, eggs and more, while Chef AmyLeo shows you’re her secrets for coaxing maximum flavor out of fruits, vegetables spices and more. This class is vegan. On the menu:

  • Mock Chicken a la Queen
  • Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes with Roasted Garlic
  • Sesame Steamed Kale
  • Baked Pumpkin Pudding with Pepita-Oat Streussel
