Used for flavor, texture and of course, their protein content, they can take on many characteristics depending on how you prepare them. From how you season them, to how you slice and dice, to your cooking method of choice, it is amazing how many different flavors and textures they can take on. In this class, we will use different techniques to prepare tempeh and tofu so you can experience the variety of tastes and textures you can eke out of your plant-based proteins, giving you the foundational cooking skills to turn tempeh and tofu into just about anything.
