pieThis class will be taught by Chef AmyLeo of Vegan Affairs. It’s a perfect day to celebrate one of the food world’s most delicious desserts- pie! On this hallowed Pi Day, Chef AmyLeo will show you how to roll out delicious dishes- vegan style. Using naturally nutritious ingredients such as tofu, nuts, sweet potatoes and frozen bananas, she’ll lead you through whipping up delicious pies and sides to celebrate Pi Day or any day, including a vegan rolled pie crust and nut and date crust. Come with questions about using dairy substitutes, thickening without cream and more! This class is vegan and mostly gluten free. Pre-registration is required. On the menu:
